Roll Call 01.28.23 #2774

Good Morning Warriors!

Well today is my birthday but what I was presented with last night was not the best birthday present. As you guys know, Dean just went back to work after being off for half a year because of the accident. He has not tolerated that well, it has become hard but he was hanging in there.

Then yesterday afternoon they came to him and told him starting Monday he will return to second shift or he can quit.

This would put him in a huge facility with only one other supervisor and we know already he will not be able to tolerate this.

Initially, I’m not going to lie, I felt fear and panic rise up in me. But as the evening wore on I began to remember how God proved to me with a sign that He did not bring us to this place to die.

Nor do I believe he brought us here to just barely survive.

So, instead of being able to relax and think of something fun to do for my birthday we are strategizing about going to doctors, applying for long term disability and trying to figure out how we will make it if they just go ahead and fire him.

Long intro to say that we would surely appreciate it if you could shoot up a prayer for us.

In addition to all that, I’m so beyond frustrated with Facebook. They have made it nearly unbearable for those of us who do not go along with the narrative to stay connected. I only see a couple people’s posts anymore and hackers have nearly taken over.

I’m not sure what the answer it. Right now, at least for now, it is easier to speak truth on Twitter than on Facebook.

I used to enjoy all the Happy Birthday wishes on my feed because they are the only ones I ever got. My family has disowned me so seeing hundreds of Happy Birthdays meant a lot to me and Facebook is so screwed up now that I have none this morning.

Sorry for the vent this morning. Just please pray for us as you lift up our precious nation.
