Good Morning Warriors!
With everything around us being so bad and being constantly bombarded with how much worse it is going to get, it is refreshing to the soul to hear or read something encouraging.
This morning’s Elijah List post was just that.
You guys know by how much I talk about it how deeply I feel about Kingdom wealth and how I believe that wealth is not a bad thing but can be used to advance His Kingdom.
I believe that there are many who have been called and set apart to be stewards of that wealth, and I also believe that the great transfer of wealth as described in the Bible has not yet happened.
This gives me hope that we may yet see God’s people be elevated to a level where we can make a real difference in the seven mountains of influence.
Most Christians are still deceived when it comes to this topic and want to argue that it is better to be broke. Somehow they think that is more Holy and that money is evil.
It is not.
Money is used by evil people to do evil things but just imagine if you had an endless supply of money. How much damage could you do to the Kingdom of darkness? How many hungry people could you feed? How many innocent children could you help rescue? How many enslaved in human trafficking could you liberate? How many families could you single-handedly support by jobs that you created?
Do not worry. If you are too cowardly to receive it, God will not force one penny of this wealth onto you. He will only give it to those who long to live, like Abraham, Blessed to be a Blessing.
As some of you may know, Pastor Locke just announced that they are pulling down the tent and replacing it with a new one. This new one will be the closest thing to a building without being a building. It will be heated and cooled, and the walls will be insulated to cut down on the noise.
They are behind sued and hated by everyone around them for the ‘noise,’ and he wants to prove to them that it is not his intent to be anything but a good neighbor. He is willing to spend half a million dollars to make things better for those who hate him and his church.
It will be a massive upgrade, and I’m thrilled about it. The only thing that would make it better is if Dean and I could go down there and hand him a check to pay for the entire thing.
I don’t know about you, but my heart aches to be able to do things on that scale for The Kingdom.
If that is not you and you feel your calling is elsewhere, that is absolutely okay. God created us all with different passions, gifts, talents, and callings. I don’t condemn those whose calling is not to become wealthy, I just get riled up when people try to argue with me that that is not a thing or that that desire is wrong.
Anyway, the vision that this person from The Elijah List had was amazing, and I receive it for myself!
